Theodoros Simadis was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. He was a volleyball athlete with several distinctions in national championships.
In 1998, he was introduced to the Aristotle University in the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (DEFA), where he graduated with the title of Physical Education Professor. His main specialty is "volleyball coach" and his secondary qualification is "Aerobic and Nutrition".
He attended private schools and graduated with the title of the group fitness instructor.
He is also a student of Alexandrite Technological Educational Institution in the department of Physiotherapy.
Since 2001, he has been working in gyms as well as in private schools of education, as a teacher.
Since 2004, he has been a shareholder and manager of private gyms, and in 2010 he was a Group Fitness Manager of Les Mills Hellas, for which he was responsible for 75 health clubs across Greece. In addition, he has been a certified trainer for the Les Mills Body Pump programme.
In 2011, he completed the Master Practitioner's Programme in Eating Disorders & Obesity, which is run by the Centre for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders, under the auspices of the National Centre for Eating Disorders in Great Britain (NCFED).
Since 2014, he is a scientific associate of the Centre for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders and the “diatrofi.gr” group, having given many speeches at conferences.
Latterly, he collaborates with nutrition offices, undertakes personal trainings, management and marketing of sports facilities and gyms, and teaches group fitness programmes in health clubs in Thessaloniki.
From 2009 until today, he is the co-owner and external scientific associate of his wife's private nutrition office, Stella’s Saripanagiotou.
Also, from 2012 until today, he maintains his own space, where he organizes semi personal therapeutic and healing programmes.
